*All pricing listed below is exclusive to events booked at Fantasy Events Venue*

*Please note that in addition to the event cost, there is a $150.00 Cash Damage/ Clean up fee due at least 24 hours prior to event date.  Deposit will be returned within 48 hours of event completion if the venue is returned  on time, clean and damage free.  All spills, and damage including heavily soiled linen will be deducted from the deposit amount.  


50% of event package total due at booking as deposit  for all Venue  & Décor Packages

$300.00 deposit due at booking for all venue rental packages

*Deposits are non refundable but are transferrable to another date with at least 30 days notice

​*Balances are due in full at least  3 weeks  prior to event date or events will be cancelled

 Linen Add on Option for Non Décor Packages

  Add linen to either of our non décor package options.  Linen add on options include basic white or basic black linen tablecloths and/or basic white or basic black fitted chair covers.  Pricing is as follows and linen add  on fee is due at time of booking.  Add on linen includes all in stock colors/items.  

Fitted Chair Covers (white or black) $1.00 per chair cover

Basic linen tablecloths (white or black) $7.00 per tablecloth 

Chair Sashes $1.00 per chair sash ( includes in stock colors only)

Table runners or overlays $1.00 per table runner or overlay (includes in stock colors only)
