Our ultimate goal is to make your event as elegant and stress free as possible
*All event bookings require a non refundable deposit at the time of booking . After booking, we offer a reschedule event credit which takes effect immediately after your deposit is paid should you need to reschedule. Reschedules are allowed 60 days or more prior to an event date and there is a $25.00 reschedule fee due to reschedule all events. In addition to the event deposit, a $150.00 cash refundable cleaning/damage deposit is due prior to the start of your event. The $150.00 refundable cleaning/damage deposit will be refunded within 48 hours of event completion if the venue has been returned clean and damage free. If there are any spills from food, beverages and so forth, the deposit will be held until we can determine the extent of the damage and we will deduct from the deposit to remedy the damage. In addition, Heavily soiled linen that needs to be replaced will be deducted from the damage deposit. All repair cost/ clean ups will be deducted from the $150.00 damage/ clean up deposit and may result in the loss of the deposit should the damage/repair meet or exceed the $150.00 deposit.
Fantasy Events Polices
*All events must be booked at least 30 days prior to the desired event date. Balances are due in full at least 3 weeks prior to the event date no exceptions. Failure to pay balance in a timely fashion will result in the immediate cancellation of your event and a forfeit of all deposits made no exceptions.
*Event host are welcome to bring wine or champagne to accommodate their guest. Our establishment does not permit BYOB events of any kind. All host interested in a full bar event must hire a professional bar tending service and provide sufficient documentation for bar tending service being used at least 14 days prior to the event date. In the case that sufficient proof of documentation is not obtained or provided in a timely fashion, we will add an additional fee of $175.00 and secure a bar tending service for you.
*All Holiday Bookings will incur an additional fee of $100.00. Our Holiday Booking fee includes the following Holidays:
